I wanted to go Storm affected area right away. I was in Kathamndu too which was more accessible. But I assessed the situation via media, local activists friends and others sources. I found that everyone took this Tornado as opportunity. There was good response from governments as well as political parties. In other hand, it looked liked competition to get sentiments of people from Madhesh. Compare to other diaster, this was more easier to go and support. Many NGO, private agencies were there from hill or Kathmandu that they learned from earthquake support done my Madhesh people. I saw it as connector between Madhesh and Hill origin people, Madhesh and Federal government. It really played as role for bridging the gap in many ways.
Due to feeling of too many actors and no funding support too, I decided to visit the area about 3 weeks later to understand the gravity and magnitude of the Tornado.
Coincidentally, Sudha Gurung asked me about the procedure or way of support. I directly replied, give me if you and your group trust me. I went there myself. Spent two whole days. I went to Bhaluhai, Purniya and Hardiya where the Tornado affected more as well as the poor and dalit community dominated. I went here and there with Mohamad Ansari and Sughandhi Pashwan. Sughandhi, I knew her since 2016, a dedicated women activist. She won the Miteri GangaDevi Peace Prize 2016 as well. Shailendra and Prakash connected with Mohamad.
I knew that the government planned for well equipped rehabilitation plan so I did not like neither duplicate nor waste the resources though it was tiny amount and not easy to mobilize the resources as like other parts of the country.

Eventually, I concluded my trip to construct shelter for girls and women to stay during day time for breast feeding, chatting. Because they were sitting under extreme sun while I was visiting the villages. They had no option due to blow away of houses and bunches of tress of mangoes and bamboos.
About three weeks later, after constant follow up, the things happened as mentioned in pictures.
This is all my volunteer work. I joined two additional work and counsel activist and youths during my course of stay. I stayed with Sughandhi Pashwan house with her family.  Visited her pig farming and interacted with her entire family. She is really inspiring activist.
