दोस्रो स्थानीय चुनाबको अनुगमनमा जान दुइ कुराले म अलिक आकर्षक थिए - चुनाबमा मर्यादित महिनावारिका सिदान्त कति प्रयोग भएका हुन्छन होला जताततै प्रजातन्त्र र समाबेशीका नारा घन्किएका हुन्थे | अर्को कारण डोल्पामा बस्ने रहर पुगेको थिएन. गएको दशैँ अघि गरिएको यात्रा बिरामी पारेर छोटो पारिएको थियो | अझै महत्वपूर्ण कुरा त के भने प्रेम बहादुर बोहोरा भाइ नगरपालिकाको मेयर पदमा उठेका थिए |
