Sudha Gurung and myself visisted three centers of ward no 5, Kathmandu Metro Municipality for election observation silently. We visisted elction booth in office of ward no 5 Handigaun, Tangal Secondary school and Mahendra Bhawan, Sano Gaucharan. We had silently observed, asked few questions with people who were involved there as a volunteer and voters. We noticed that the bunch of vans of armies gathered in premises of Brihaspati school, few army's van's made round and round and election police, armed police were at the election booths.
We observed as peaceful of all booths, no crowd. Volunteers were helping to idetify the voter's name and number and facilitated the process. We saw Ishwar Pokhrel from UML at Tangal school, few guys from Rastriya Swatantra Party and Rastriya Prajanatntra Party at NaranChaur. Elders, women, Gen-G were there. In all booths, about 50% votes have already casted and estimated max 65%. People are seeking change for stable government rather their political party.
